The Mugs

As you may already know, last year I set up the #sendateacher initiative to raise money to send teachers to the SHAPE America national conference who would not typically be able to attend due to a lack of support from their school or district.

Through the sale of clothing from 100% of the profits go towards the cause and last year, as a result of the huge support from the #physed and #healthed community we were able to send two teachers from Boston Public Schools to #SHAPEBoston. This year we are already on target to send two teachers from Nashville Metro Public Schools to #SHAPENashville in March 2018.

Read more about the two recipients of #sendateacher support here.

For the clothing sales I use Adrian Steinberg, a local printer, who is actually the father of a 2nd year high school PE & Health teacher. All items are individually laser printed and mailed to you. Adrian is outstanding and can mix and match designs and items for you if you wish. He has also arranged for bulk orders for PE departments and is currently helping CAHPERD with their own fundraising site. He would be happy to discuss any print orders/fundraisers that you are interested in creating.

I recently discovered another vendor that can print mugs to a high quality at an affordable price. These aren’t on the site yet, but have been extremely popular. Each mug is $16 and includes 8 day delivery and the most popular order has been a pair of mugs with the second being a gift for another teacher.

Payment for the mugs is via where you will be able to specify which mugs you want and include your delivery address.

If you have a design that you would like to see on a mug, let me know and we can work together. Perhaps something for your department, your state conference, or to give as a gift.

As always, thank you for your support of the #sendateacher initiative. Please consider sharing this with your co-workers, and please post images of you using the products on social media – it raises a sense of community and always leads to more sales, which means more money for teachers in need.
