Expressing Gratitude

Expressing gratitude will make you happy. Don’t believe me, check out this short video from Soul Pancake and their ‘Experiment in Gratitude’. For this week’s #slowchathealth blog post I reached out to friends in my PLN and asked them for what are they most thankful? Oh, and stick around to the end as there is another themed Spotify playlist, curated by yours truly.

As I did earlier this year, I am also pushing this week’s #slowchathealth blog post out as an interactive digital document.

You can click this link and open it in any PDF reader on a Kindle, iPad, computer etc and access the live links. I’ll paste an image of the magazine below, but I urge you to check out the interactive magazine version. It was simple to create in Canva which is a great way for you to create packets and eBooks with your students. As always, your feedback is appreciated.

Don’t forget to check out the accompanying blog post from Justin Schleider at slowchatpe.

As in previous blogs, I’ve put together a Spotify playlist of 20 seasonal songs entitled Expressing Gratitude. Listen and enjoy.
